What photography is to me…
`Elliott Erwitt once said, “To me, photography is an art of observation. It’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary place. I’ve found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them.” While we fully agree with Erwitt, we believe that interesting & beautiful things are also found in extraordinary moments and places! Of all things beautiful, weddings occur in the most amazing places and are filled with many extraordinary moments!
Through the years, I’ve enjoyed photographing the moment of love in places like the white sandy beaches of The Outer Banks, inside a hogan on the gorgeous Navajo land bridging New Mexico and Arizona, roof tops of Art Museums in the heart of the Queen City, down to the shiny timeless streets of NYC, the swanky dance floors of The Brown Palace, intimate court house walls for those that wanted to keep it simple and even inside Denver’s bar of all bars, the Thin Man.
